Non compliance of ACs Decision No 17/1/2022 dtd 29th Jan 2022 & dtd 25th July over a crucial matter is treated as a biggest failure on ground & no actions has been observed on ground for its non compliance by making loss to crores to JKUT Govt on Stamp Duty Fee & other taxes?
However, other issue of non compliance can be observed from seeking details of finalization of Recruitment Rules of various departments .
Recruitment Rules of 1970 of JMC & JDA if looked into are still running here & there for its finalization in Secretariat , said Employees .
