Appointments Committee of the Cabinet grants extension of Intelligence Bureau Chief Tapan Deka by One Year

NEW DELHI, May 20:  The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the extension in service of Intelligence Bureau Chief, Tapan Kumar Deka by one-year extension till June 2026.

Deka is a 1988-batch Indian Police Service officer of the Himachal Pradesh cadre.
