Jammu, May 18: In WP(C) No. 1199/2025 CM No. 2863/2025 tiled M/S Vega Infrastructure Vs UT of J&K and Ors after hearing strong legal submissions of Advocate Parag Sharma a bench of HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE MOHD. YOUSUF WANI, JUDGE ORDERED as under:
1. Mr. Deewaker Sharma, Advocate appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
2. Reply in the main and objections in the interim application shall be filed positively by the next date of hearing.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners in respect of his prayer for grant of interim relief.
Also heard the learned counsel for the respondents in rebuttal.
Considered the rival submissions of the learned counsel for the parties.
4. Perused the application supported with an affidavit. Also perused the main petition and the copies of documents enclosed with the same as annexures thereto.
5. List on 11.07.2025.
6. In the meantime, subject to any vacation/modification upon the consideration of objections/arguments and till next date of hearing, the respondents are restrained to auction the minor mineral block Ujh River upstream Pandorian-Korepunnu Bridge Area (Block-I), District Kathua, measuring 7.85 hectares and the Block Sahar Khad Upstream NH road Bridge at village Sher Kotla, District Kathua, measuring 4.25 hectares for which, the petitioner has already been declared as successful bidder and has also deposited the requisite percentage of the auction money and to consider the issuance of Letter of Intent (LOI) in his favour in respect of the said blocks.
