Srinagar, May 13: High Court revoked the certificate of enrolment of Advocate Sajad Ahmad Shah after it was found that he had obtained a fake and forged LLB degree.
A notification issued today said the decision was taken pursuant to a resolution passed by the Admission and Enrollment Committee on 29th of April this year, copy with CTN reads as under:-
Further proceedings or possible criminal implications regarding the forged degree are yet to be made public.
