JAMMU, Aug 01: Jammu to observe a bandh for 2nd consecutiven day of 72 hours bandh call given by AIIMS Coordination Committee seeking full AIIMS for Jammu and not a branch and to protest against statement "similar facilities of AIIMS" in both Jammu and Kashmir region as announced by Health Minister JP Nadda.Shops are closed and there is no public transport.
