JAMMU, Sept 23: Budhal constituency in Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district will see contest between BJP’s Choudhary Zulfikar Ali and his nephew and NC candidate Javaid Iqbad Choudhary., who are Uncle and nephew respectively ( Mama and Bhanja ).
Zulfikar Choudhary has remained as Minister in Jammu and Kashmir .
Javed Iqbal Choudhary has remained Block Development Council chairman and is brother of serving IAS Officer.
Budhal seat is reserved for the Scheduled Tribes and will go to the polls in the second phase on September 25.
