Jammu, August 01: J&K Development Act of 1970 clearly reads that Master Plan needed to be be revised after 05 years but Jammu Master Plan was notified in March 2017 but till day despite various undesired issues in MP 2032 especially of incorporating Proposed Roads in constructed areas & not framing of Zonal Plans till day Master Plan not even discussed for objections from public over illegalities kept in Master Plan by so called CTP/STPs?
However, on today 07 years & 04 months lapse a review meeting of revised Master Plan is being chaired by Chief Secretary with the bosses, who were authorized by Govt to revise the Master Plan after 05 years.

However, Chief Secretary is also Vice Chairman of Patnitop Development Authority , whereas LG is Chairman.
Whereas Master Plan of PDA was notified in the year 2000 & 24 years have been lapsed but revised Master Plan not yet implemented.
