Hague, May 15: Today India & Pak are in face to face in ICJ at ICJ regarding suspension of death sentence given by army court of Pakistan to Kulbushan Yadav.
India is to argue the case on the following points as under as per the reports:-
India has the proof that Yadav was abducted/Kidnapped from Iran, Nature of crime cannot denial of counculer acess, India heard about the death sentence from press,
16 requests not acknowleged by Pakistan, Pak army approved judge, No legal/consular access given in violation of Law, Version of Yadav was not heard Country cannot deny consular access of any crime, Nodefence lawyer to Yadav followed by lot of other points.
