Magam, May 11: Intense clashes between students and forces erupted in Magam area of Budgam district.
Reports said that a police and CRPF party entered the premises of Govt Degree College and Higher Secondary School Magam to arrest some students.
Students started protesting against entering of forces in the premises.
Police and forces personnel fired tear smoke shelling against the stone pelting students causing clashes in the premises.
Clashes were going on till reports.
