Srinagar, April 25: A complete shutdown was observed on the fourth consecutive day in Maisuma area of Srinagar against the continuous detention of a local youth allegedly under Public Safety Act.
The authorities had slapped the fifth PSA against the local youth who is under detention at Kotbolwal jail in Jammu from past several months, report said
All the shops, business establishments and schools in the area remained closed while the traffic was thin on the roads.
