Jammu, Apr 10: Jammu & Kashmir government has confirmed probationers of Junior Scale KAS of 2013 batch.
The order copy available with Cross Town News reads as "In pursuance of Rule 22(l)(a) of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956 read with Rule 4 of the Jammu and Kashmir Combined Competitive Service (Probation and Examination) Rules, 2000, the following probationers of Junior Scale KAS, appointed vide Government Order No. 1350-GAD of 2013 dated: 18-9-2013 and Government Order No.1446-GAD of 2013 dated:10-10-2013, shall be deemed to have completed their probation period satisfactorily: -
Further in terms of Rule 22(l)(d) of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956, the probation of the following probationers of Junior Scale KAS, appointed vide Government Order No. 1350-GAD of 2013 dated: 18-9-2013, is extended by a period of two years from 18-9-2015 or till they pass the departmental examination to be conducted by l&K Public Service Commission, whichever is earlier;
