New DELHI, May 26: Union Home Minister Amit Shah after completion of successful LS elections in J&K has said that the Assembly Elections in the region will be held before September 30 as per Supreme Court orders.
He further added that once the Assembly Elections are over, the Government will start the process of restoring statehood to the Union Territory.
