JMC seals "Tanishq Showroom" in Jammu, Tribunal orders to de-seal

Jammu, May 12:- Jammu Municipal Corporation ordered to seal a newly opened "Tanishq Showroom", at Trikuta Nagar, Jammu by quoting some terms & contortion as per Sec 330 vide order dtd. 04.05.2024 but Special Tribunal vide order dtd 06.05.2024, ordered JMC to de seal it.

Pertinent to mention here that applicant filed so application for NOC to JMC for running new business but which was rejected by JMC, however Tribunal has ordered to issue License to run Jewelry Business but by quoting some conditions within one week.
