Srinagar: Managing Director J&K SIDCO yesterday made an extensive tour of Industrial Growth Centre Lassipora yesterday in which lot of issues of lot of local entrepreneurs were addressed and ongoing developmental works were also reviewed by him.
MD SIDCO Amit Sharma was accompanied by GM SIDCO Kashmir Ajaz Aga, Functional Manager DIC Pulwama, Estates Manager Lassipora, President Lassipora Industrial Association and many others.
MD SIDCO visited CA Stores which are constructed in a healthy number in Lassipora wherein the size and quantum of work in these stores for preservation purposes. He also inspected the works going under TAMEIR at IGC Lassipora and gave spot instructions to the engineering wing of SIDCO to increase the pace of works along with ensuring excellent quality of works being executed there in a time-bound manner.
Amit Sharma also visited CETP Lassipora and directed concerned staff to remaining cleaning works to drain out the slush and make it fully functional once again at the earliest so that leather tanneries can carry-on with their operations properly using this common facility.
Later, MD SIDCO met the delegations of various industries at Lassipora and addressed lot of their issues by giving spot instructions to the staff for doing needful in the matter. President IGC Lassipora complemented J&K SIDCO team and placed on record the efforts being made at IGC Lassipora under the dynamic leadership of its Managing Director Amit Sharma and expected that IGC Lassipora will become the best model Industrial Growth Centre of state in times to come.
