Jammu, Mar 26: Former BJP MLA from Kathua district, Durga Das , who had won the Assembly polls on a Bharatiya Janata Party ticket from the Hiranagar constituency in Kathua, joined the Congress party.
Durga was welcomed into the party fold by Congress in-charge of Jammu and Kashmir Bharatsinh Solanki, All India Congress Committee (AICC) secretary Manoj Yadav, Pradesh Congress Committee president Vikar Rasool Wani.
