JAMMU, Mar 07: Jammu Sanskriti School Jammu Glorifies Womanhood by honouring women achievers, celebrates women power.

The Press statement reads “There is no force more powerful than a woman determined to rise. Empowering women is essential to the social development of society and the nation which leads to overarching development.

Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu honours distinguished women of the society who are role models for others. We whole- heartedly express our respect for women achievers for their valuable contribution and setting goals for the future generations.

The women of influence were: Sindhu Sharma (Hon’ble Judge High Court), Sheetal Nanda (Commissioner Secretary, SWD, Samba), Sargun Shukla (IPS), Dr. Monika (BMO, SDM, RS Pura) and Nidhi Gupta Abrol (Director Gracious Givers -NGO).

Prabhjot Kour Bhalla (Headmistress- JSS, Jammu) & Varuna Magotra (Suptt. Of Curriculum & Instructions) along with students presented token of respect to esteemed personalities on behalf of the school.

We believe in fostering an inclusive environment where every individual is celebrated and valued. As part of this ethos, the school organized a special Women's Day celebration dedicated to the Group D -employees, recognizing their invaluable contributions to the school community contributing in spreading this awareness in their and society.

The theme chosen for the celebration was "Empowering Every Woman: Recognizing Strength in Diversity". The event commenced with a warm welcome address acknowledging the importance of Women's Day followed by welcome song and dance.

Highlight of the event was several engaging games for Group - D employees like Musical Chair, Fashion Show, Dance& Singing Competition and 100 m race. The event was concluded by the Appreciation Ceremony to recognize the exemplary performance of the Group D employees in the competition. Winners of various events were felicitated with gifts and prizes. Women are the embodiment of “Shakti- The Power”.

If they make up their mind they can move heaven and hell to their thoughts into reality. Sunakshi Anand- Director Operations congratulated all the staff and thanked Principal cum Vice-Chairperson, Rohini Aima for organizing the day and make it much memorable. Rohini Aima -Principal Cum Vice-Chairperson while addressing the gathering confabulated. Leaders serve as role models for students, demonstrating the values of empathy, fairness, and open-mindedness.

At its core, JSS believes in setting a vision, articulating goals, and rallying individuals towards a collective purpose. We believe in a culture where team members feel safe to express ideas, voice concerns, and contribute to the collective growth. By promoting open communication and active listening, We have always tried to create a foundation for a cohesive and engaged team which is known to take ownership of their own areas of work. "The Women's Day celebration at Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu, was a resounding success, fostering a sense of pride, respect, and camaraderie among the Group D employees.

It served as a testament to the school's commitment to diversity, inclusion, and gender equality, leaving a lasting impact on all who attended."
