RAJOURI: A hospital in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday was ransacked after a woman died due to alleged medical negligence.
A woman, identified as Sadia Kouser, was brought to District Hospital Rajouri at 6pm where casualty medical officer examined her and later referred her to the gynecology ward and on this Gynecology ward called the doctor time and again but she didn’t respond and in a couple of hours the lady died due to absence of doctor at about 8 PM, reports said
The death of the woman triggered protests at the hospital with angry attendants ransacking the gynecology ward and operation theatre.
