JAMMU, Feb 14: The Deputy Chief Minister Dr Nirmal Singh today ordered attachment of Executive Engineer, Transmission Division Kathua, Mr Kuldeep Raj with immediate effect.
Sources told Cross Town News that the reason for attachment was non-performance and complaints made against concerned officer.
