Jammu, Feb 12: Government has constituted committees to examine and keep a check on fee structure in private Schools and nursing homes.
For the issues pertaining to regulation of fee structure in Private Schools, a two member committee comprising Seema Khajuria Shekhar, Senior Additional Advocate General as Chairperson and Manoj Prabhakar, Magistrate / Deputy Controller, Legal Metrology Department, Jammu as Nodal Officer has been constituted. Besides, the department has constituted two member committee comprising Chander Gulati, Member Consumer Protection Council as Chairman of the Committee while Atul Gupta, Deputy Director, Department of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Jammu as Nodal Officer to examine the issue of charges in Nursing Homes.
Both these Committees have been asked to submit the report within one month.
