New Delhi, Feb 11:Reports said that Bihar has registered 273 cases in two years, while Kerala has lodged 272 cases under the protection of women againest domestic violation Act of 2005 followed by Madhya Pradesh with 144 cases. 70 cases have been registered in Uttar Pradesh in the two years.
