JAMMU, Feb 01: MoS Transport Sunil Sharma while talking to media outside the assembly said Opposition leaders who broke chairs are representatives of stone pelters and want the culture of stone pelting in the house.
The NC MLAs created ruckus in the assembly and threw chairs in well.
