JAMMU,Feb 01: A very dissapointing secenes wetre witnessed in Assembly as ruckus broke out in assembly after opposition raised the issue and resorted to vadalism of property by picking up chairs.
In the meanwhile , a fight broke out between BJP minister Lal Singh and NC MLA Akbar Lone along with NC lawmaker Abdul Majeed Larmi and Rajeev Sharma of BJP and they exchanged blows.
Marshal got seriously injured.

On this Speaker Kavinder Gupta said that "Chief minister had said that there are some people who in the shadow of article 370 want to have one type of people."
