Jammu, Jan 12: One more serious issue in H&UDD & Jammu Dev Authority is that vide G.O. dtd 11.12.2023 some TP/ATPs were transferred & one Manoj Kumar was posted in JMC & other Ravinder Kumar was posted in JDA but strange to mention here that Manoj was allowed to work in JMC in clearing Building Permissions but in JDA, reportedly Ravinder Kumar has been restrained to lead the wing & to clear Building Permissions in JDA, a matter of enquiry as causing harassment to innocents on clearance of Building Permissions.
Govt should enquire that how many BP cases has been cleared by JDA since last exact 02 months & responsibility to be fixed in JDA if there are delays over the said issue & enquire that if Ravinder is not empowered, then how officer of same designation has been allowed to head BP Section of JMC, who was transferred in same Govt Order dtd 11.12.2023?
Now, it is a question on VC JDA that if he does not require services of Ravinder Kumar as BP Section, he may relieve him from his office because he may be posted in some other office, where his services can be utilized being qualified.
