This will bring safety feature for COmmon Buyers , who have faced frauds in Jammu and Kahsmir in hands of Colonizers as well as Builders.
H&UDD has issued communication whihc has made things crystal clear that now onwards all Real Estate projects have to be registered with RERA to safeguard interest of common Public.
