Jammu, Feb 02: Pertinent to mention here that by deciding a commissions report commission members intentionally get the report signed, which was in Urdu" with some wrong contents, which was countered within days when the truth came in the knowledge of applicant following which the VC approved the note, of JDA Officers that said land of 16 Marlas in demarcation of JDA & VC approved with deciding the issue but which was not decided.
Previously then VC has categorically mentioned to vacate the plot on the letter, where then DC Samba communicated to VC JDA for no need of fresh commission for already demarcated land & on the same letter VC directed DLM to vacate the plot but they preferred to sleep on order?
Now, on questions has been again raised on DLM JDA & full Revenue team that, Div Com Jammu communicated to VC JDA for issue of land encroached by JDA but in turn Revenue Team headed by DLM, JDA after sleeping over decided issue communicated to DC Samba for constitution of a commission., which speaks of over ruling of orders of then DC & VC letter dtd 10,08.2018.
However, letter of DC & orders of VC on the same speak the truth of harassment by JDA's team
