Jammu, Jan 13: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has been personally monitoring the Grievances Cell to resolve issues of Public.
Sinha holding Grievances Redressal Programme to listen and address issues of the public across the UT.
But on ground some officers either provide false disposals or continue to reply with useless replies & above all "Finally Disposed" the grievance but without any required disposals, which thereafter cannot be comment on the column of Satisfacory or not?
However, Commissioner Public Grievances can look into "Final Disposal" but without disposal as required in Grievance No. 999001100747 & 781 filed on 19th March 2019 against office of Div Com/DC Jammu over a public issue followed by 999004214684, 999004342552, 999004357670,999004506884, 999004569484 to one Jt Commissioner(A) of Jammu Municipal Corporation, not disposing properly to hide pick and choose committed by the concerned office & by the officer.
However, CTN is in possession of more so called disposals of grievance cell, which are of no use as per the grievance filed but being "Finally Disposed" . needed to be acted upon the Nodal Officer & concerned officers.
