Jammu, Jan 12: One more serious issue , that vide G.O. dtd 11.12.2023 some TP/ATPs were transferred & one Manoj Kumar was posted in JMC & other Ravinder Kumar in JDA but strange to mention here that Manoj is working in JMC in clearing Building Permissions but in JDA, Ravinder Kumar has been restrained to work to clear Building Permissions, a matter of enquiry as causing harassment to innocents on clearance of Building Permissions.
Now illegalities of JDA due to of keeping no head in STP section, can be observed from the episode that one Surveyor Level Officer namely Moti Lal Koul is using powers of STP by reverting Building Permissions with his own observations by superceeding his authority & powers by reverting a BP case No. 1062, a matter of high level enquiry.
Let us wait & watch, what will happen next for Building Section in JDA, where Officer who was transferred in JDA along with incumbent of JMC with same designation but one is working other not being allowed?
