New Delhi, Jan 02: Atal Dulloo Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir, arrived at the Ministry of Home Affairs in Delhi to attend the high-level security review meeting on Jammu and Kashmir, which will be chaired by Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
