New Delhi, Dec 17: The Supreme Court has stayed the defamation case proceedings against Karnataka’s senior IPS officer D Roopa after she filed an affidavit in terms of the previous order to delete controversial social media posts against senior IAS officer, Rohini Sindhuri.
A bench of Justices Abhay S Oka and Pankaj Mithal took into record an undertaking by Roopa on removal of the posts and gagged both the officers from talking to the media about the pending disputes.
