Jammu, Dec 4: In CPSW No.137/2019 & Connected CMs. titled Munir Hussain and ors. Vs Shaleen Kabra and ors. after hearing HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE PUNEET GUPTA, JUDGE ORDERED as:-
Mr. Amit Gupta, learned AAG, submits that requisite concurrence has been given by the Finance Department and only the General Administration Department has to formally pass the final order.
The needful be done by the General Administration Department by the next date positively and without fail.
In case the grievance of the petitioners does not get redressed, then the Commissioner/Secretary, Jal Shakti and Commissioner/Secretary, General Administration Department, shall appear in person on the next date of hearing.
