Jammu, Dec 04: In Vinod Sharma & Ors. Vs UT of J & K & Ors. after hearing HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE WASIM SADIQ NARGAL, JUDGE ORDERED as:-
Vide order dated 09.08.2023, this Court has observed that the reply filed by the Social Welfare Department was ambiguous, as it was not forthcoming from the reply, as to whether the Relief Commissioner, Migrants was authorized to issue PSP certificates or not and accordingly, the Commissioner Secretary to Government, Social Welfare Department, Civil Secretariat Jammu was directed to file an affidavit in respect of observations made above, however, the needful has not been done till date.
Let the needful be done within two weeks’ time, positively, failing which Respondent No. 4-Commissioner Secretary to Government, Social Welfare Department, Civil Secretariat, Jammu shall appear in person on the next date of hearing.
