Jammu, Nov 30: J&K Govt ordered attachment of Executive Engineer Sanjeev Kumar.
The Engineer also had issues with senior Engineers in Kathua ,wheres complaint was made by Seniors against the Engineer to DC, SSP and others,
The Engineer has been attached on the grounds of Poor Performance.
