Jammu, Nov 23: Now again, the boss Jagdish Hans CTP JDA is doing one more illegality by reverting back Building Permission cases of innocents on pretext of clearance on CLU to harass innocents by which he wanted that one should deposit money to Lakhs as CLU fee & thereafter he may reject the Building Permissions.
The matter was spoken to VC JDA on 18th November for the said illegality committed by Jagdish Hans, CTP JDA & he told that let him check the issue with JMC, whereas JMC is simultaneously forwarding BP Cases for NOCs for various departments & sanction BPs after approval of CLU.
However, on 21st Nov VC JDA told that the matter has been enquired from JMC & has been conveyed to CTP JDA to process BP cases along with CLU simultaneously but super powers of CTP of Jagdish Hans can be observed from the show that he reverted one BP case No. 1062 dtd 19/11/2023 with the observations that "CHANGE OF LAND USE IS NOT ENCLOSED BY SURVEYOR" ON 23rd November raised a question on Jagdish Hans, who is using his powers to harass public but Pr Secretary H&UDD & VS JDA are silent .
Let Jagdish Hans CTP JDA to reply that in which act it is mentioned that BP case to be processed with depositing CLU fee & why JMC is forwarding BP cases simultaneously along with CLU.
Shall VC JDA reply that if his instructions over the issue not bothered by CTP, what actions he will take for his non compliance or will remain spectator to powers of CTO.
Let CTP to inform Bye Laws of BP case in Zone-R2 in case of Cottage Industries on road width of 9 M permissible & inform regarding Bye Laws for that item & also inform details of items for which Bye Laws are not in Unified Building Bye Laws-2021 & which yard sticks being used by CTP for clearing those BP cases.
Let CTP to inform , JMC is simultaneously forwarding BP cases along CLU & If so under which authority he is reverting BP cases for want of CLU.
