Jammu, Nov 20: In CPSW No. 179/2012 titled Dharam Pal Sharma V/s Vikas Kundal and others after hearing HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD CHATTERJI KOUL, JUDGE ORDERED as:-
It appears that the consideration order No. 48 of 2023 dated 01.08.2023, withdrawing the regularization of Sh. Ishfaq Ahmed Qadri and Ms. Neelam Koul has been passed with the intention not to comply the judgment passed by this Court.
The aforesaid persons were regularized twenty years back, therefore, an explanation is required to be sought from respondent No. 5 regarding non-compliance of the judgment dated 24.02.2012 and also the reasons for withdrawing the regularization of the aforesaid persons after such a long period of twenty years.
The respondent No. 5 is, therefore, directed to remain present before this Court on the next date of hearing to explain the basis on which such an order came to be passed. List on 29.11.2023.
