Jammu, Nov 20: J&K Govt assigned charge of Enforcement Officers but pertinent to mention here that some under suspension but on stay & some with pending RDAs but despite that placed on higher posts.
The Commissioner JMC may not be aware of all this.
So, it is the need of the day that Commissioner JMC should enquire the matter on basis noting of the file made by other concerned officers, that whether, officer was without pending RDA & other whose case is subjudice after suspension stay can be placed on higher post?
