Jammu, Sept 23: No doubts there are countless questions on J&K bosses by this way or the other & is sure that they will continue ahead because they have never been taken to task for committing illegality's & non compliances.
Recently, Finance Secretary has taken the serious view of lot of issues committed by top bosses of J&K and he especially quoted to all administrative departments that Capital expenditure is lagging substantially, so why he directed all the Planning Officers to ensure that the expenditure level is increased expeditiously to bridge infrastructure deficit.
He further directed that all the departments may control revenue expenditure so as to create space for capital expenditure.
