Rajouri, Sept 14: The police has arrested a Sarpanch for killing his wife with gun in Sunderbani Sub Division of district Rajouri today.
The victim was shifted to SDH Sunderbani by her other family members where Doctors provided preliminary treatment and then referred her to GMC Hospital Jammu for further treatment.
On this information case U/S 307/323 IPC and 30 Indian Arms Act was registered against the Sarpanch and arrested the accused Sarpanch & the weapon of offence was also seized. T
The police said later, the injured Neelam Devi succumbed to her injuries in GMC Jammu today.
