Jammu, Sept 13; Pertinent to mention here that there are clear cut instructions/rules that district cade posts cannot be transferred out of their districts from where they have been appointed but despite clear orders over the issue, Few Officers have transferred Employees outside districts.
Pertinent to mention here that recently by rectifying the fault of such transfer, Commissioner/Secretary, RD&PR rescinded such order issued Director, RD in the month of 29th April, 2023 vide GO No. 156-: DRDJ OF 2023, which reads as under:-
