Jammu, September 06: LG J&K said that "Delay in public works" is a severe corruption than financial corruption, a clear case of  non compliance of Govt/LG/CS by the top officers of J&K including DC's etc from causing harassment to thousand from open non compliance of SRO-456 of 2017 dtd 25thOctober 2017, which was issued in compliance to DB's orders in PILs, & thereafter is open non compliance of LG's Administrative Councils time bound Decision No 17/1/2022 dtd 29th Jan 2022, GO.No 18-JK(Rev) of 2022 dtd 4th Feb 2022 & latest is directions of Chief Secretary, J&K to Revenue Bosses over the same issue of alienation of Khad lands in one month in CoS meeting of 25th July 2023 to complete the exercise of  delineation of Khad Lands in one month.

Pertinent to mention here that this illegal Act of Revenue Officers is not only harassing innocents but on the others side causing multi thousand crore loss to Govt Exchequer by way of Stamp Duty Fee by stopping Sale/Purchase of such lands without any ban order issued by any of the authority in J&K Govt.

Officers are causing loss to Govt & other side causing harassment to thousand of innocents for lack of knowledge/ dereliction of duties & other  related to, in first be retired as dead woods as are proved case of deadwoods as per Art 226, as have lost their utility in the administration & act on some for non compliance of Govt/ LG/CS causing harassment to thousands &  for causing loss to Govt.

This illegal act of big non compliance can easily be detected by LG/CS by calling ATRs of their directions issued since 2 years.
