Jammu, September 02: No doubts there are proper CVC guideline/DoPT orders followed by JKGAD orders for processing anonymous complaint , which are are without contact number & address, but it has been observed that lot of so called competent officers of J&K including top IAS officers are processing such complaints, which raised a pointer towards their intelligence & competence as well?
Noticing the seriousness of the issue, CS J&K Arun Mehta reiterating his earlier directions asked all the Administrative Secretary's to dispose of all anonymous complaints strictly as per the guidelines of DoPT .
He further directed that any deviation in this regard shall be viewed seriously.
So, it is the need of the day that in first to crack down on some incompetent top officers, CS should call details of all such complaints forwarded by each & every officer after issuance of JKGAD,s latest circular dated 3.10.2022 over the said issue, copy with CTN reads as under:-
