New Delhi, Jan 13: Army Chief Gen.Bipin Rawat today while speaking to media said that there is need to modernising the forces. While talking he said that he had taken the serious note of jawans vedio & will prove matter if needed.
He reaches out to distress army men. He said that jawans should talk to seniors & complaint boxes to be placed at army HQ,s. He advised the army men to raise their issue internally not publically.
He while speaking to media warned pakistan to avoid violations at borders & hinted for more surgical attacks if needed.
