Jammu, Aug 16: After impact of Cross Town News publication, the process was initiated on a undesired withheld issue by Revenue bosses despite clarifications accorded by Govt vide SRO-456 of 2017 dtd 25th October 2017 in compliance to DB's orders ia PIL by which Div Com/DCs were appointed as adjudicating officers but they did nothing for the reasons best known to them.
However, the issue was again cleared to close it in time bound manner by Administrative Counsel headed by LG/Advisors/CS/Secretary Revenue vide Administrative Councils Decesion dtd. 29th Jan. 2022 & thereafter Govt order dtd. 4.02.2022 was issued by Revenue Department by constituting three Tier committes to settle the issue in a time bound matter once for all but despite action for non compliance of SRO 456, the base of the new story to play delay tactics was again taken as SRO-456, which was issued around 05 years back but was not bothered by DCs of the time being adjudicating officers clearly speaks of deriliction of duties on their part.
Now, the said order of LG was not bothered again by Deputy Commissioners of J&K as being heads of so called committees they were directed to put the format in public domain in 15 days in first go but nothing final to the undesired & self created issue has been noticed from top bosses speaks that if LG's orders not bothered how they would have been bothering innocent public.
Pertinent to mention here that DC's of three districts were asked to complete the whole process by 03 months, which stands exhausted but nothing final has been observed despite lapse of 5.6 months, speaks the harassment caused to general public in open deriliction of duties by DC/Committee members & above all non compliance of J&K top bosses.
Pertinent to mention Govt is losing multi crore per month by way of stamp duty fee & other taxes on the fault of Revenue bosses but no body bothered for such a huge loss to Govt & harassment to thousand of innocents on the otherside raised a question on JKUT administration as a whole?
However, order copies of different orders & disposals by DC's with CTN speaks the truth on work culture in JKUT........?
