Srinagar, Aug 3: PDP president Mehbooba Mufti on Wednesday put a new Twitter display picture showing her late father Mufti Muhammad Sayeed and Prime Minister Narendra Modi with the national flag and the now-derecognised flag of Jammu and Kashmir.
