Jammu, June 22: Law Department issued instructions to file replies in the respective courts within one month time & asked to face actions for its non compliance but never bothered to review case wise status monthly that had it instructions being followed on ground or not ?
Advocate General/Law Secretary can see, one live example of its non compliance by Revenue Officers/DC Office, Jammu in WP(C) No. 94/2022 order dated. 27th Jan. 2022 that on which date Revenue bosses had filed reply despite knowing the fact that applicant in first got status quo on same issue on 18th Jan. 2022 in CJM,s Court in case in File no. 189/Misc date of institution. 22.12.2022 with CNR No. JKJM020083912021 but did not bother to inform the Honble High Court regarding the illegality because one cannot file relief for one cause of action in two respective Courts.
