Former Union Minister Kapil Sibal quits Congress party


New Delhi, May 25: Former Union Minister Kapil Sibal quits the Congress party following which he will be Samajwadi Party nominee for the Rajya Sabha elections.

Sibal said he quit the Congress Party on May 16 & I think it is important to be an independent voice.
