Jammu, March 8: Mr. Anil Raina, who has been recently placed as CTP of Town Planing Organization but again immediatly thereafter assigned the additional charge of STP of JMC speaks that H&UDD having no any competant officer like him, so why he had been allowed to opt for open deriliction of duties & non compliance of Govt instructions issued from time to time?
Pertinently, he is the only one man, as STP in TPO, who despite knowing the facts of non implementation of UTEIC in Srinagar since years preferred to remain silent along with then CTP, Mr Iftikhar, causing harassment to Jammu people, which was reported Cross Town News & was informed to Government.
Even. Mr Raina, as STP in JMC & JDA for the reasons best known to him by superceeding the Govt order of UTEIC moved a proposal for not to sent plans upto 20,000 sft to UTEIC & got approved from BOCA but as CTP of TPO as Member Secretary of UTEIC started using different yardsticks for JMC & JDA is a matter of high level enquiry of his malafidies?
However, one more episode of his incompetance/deriliction of duties/malafides can be blasted from below communication of VC JDA adressed to the boss, CTP or STP, what so ever for simple comments but he as usual slept over the public issue despite lapse of 19 days & is a proved case of deadwood under Art 226(2).
However, the said communication of VC JDA proves incompetance of two CTPs, one of JDA & other of TPO, so Govt can get the issue verified by CTP of some other state to detect the scams by both CTPs in J&K or be called to explain with proof of their malafidies.
Shall Pr Secretary, H&UDD dare to act over the boss, CTP Anil Raina for such kind of big lapses for which he is heavily paid along with other facilities?
