Jammu, Jan 27: On 16.10.2021, DC Jammu communicated to SDM(N) for nishandehi of one's plot , but SDM(N) vide letter dated: 23.12.2021 by consuming more than two months & time period granted under PSGA for the job communicated to DC Jammu with a different story without any rule or law, which clearly speaks of lack of knowledge & deriliction of duties on his part, which is evidient clear from his reply to DC Jammu, copy with CTN, which reads as under.
However, DC Office Jammu till date not bothered to inform the applicant regarding the action taken over the issue, whether SDM is right under Law & under which law he is right, so that applicant would had proceeded ahead to approch next competant authority for the said issue of open harassment.
Pertinent to mention here that the said boss SDM has also been assigned with the additional charge of Sub registrar(North).
Shall, Commissioner/Secretary, Revenue /DC Jammu pubicize the fact that under which law/act nishandehi is banned to make public aware of the issues of nishandehi of lands like other harassments made to public despite repealing of all Revenue Laws/Acts followed by sec 140 in the said SO 3808 of MHA or should act tough on such kind of officer to bring efficiency in J&K .
