Jammu, Jan 13: Tourism Department had organised Lohri celebrations at famous Raghunath Bazar wherein several stages for performers were installed.
Music artists, folk singers were performing amid traffic also irked the people.
There was a huge crowd of people, who were watching this cultural show, which was very threatening in terms of spreading COVID-19 despite the fact that the virus has been spreading at a high rate with each passing day.
People said that there is different thought process for different set of People.
