JAMMU, NOVEMBER 25: Director Rural Development Department Jammu, Mohammad Mumtaz Ali today conducted an extensive tour of Block Bhalwal and Block Marh to take stock of ongoing development works being executed under various schemes of RDD.
Superintending Engineer REW Division Jammu, Anil Pandohi along with other Officers and Officials of REW and Block Development Officers with staff of both Blocks accompanied the Director.
He also interacted with DDC Member Balbir Lal and BDC Chairpersons and Sarpanches of twin blocks. He inspected various ongoing Development works being executed under MGNREGA, 14TH FC , Back to Village etc.
He directed the BDOs to expedite the pace of work and ensure timeline completion and impressed upon the staff to work with zeal and dedication to achieve the targets set for the current financial Year.
Instructions were also issued for maintaining transparency in the process of execution of Development works and timely up-dating of the online portals under various schemes of the Rural Development Department.
