Jammu, Nov 24: Government of Jammu and Kashmir to streamline system, is to retire officers under Art 226 as deadwoods.
Poeple speaking to Cross Town News said , Revenue Dept had constituted a committee to consider the cases of deadwoods, but shall in first, Commissioner/Secretary, Revenue starts the issue from his office that how many grievances/complaints forwarded by LG/Advisor & other issues are not bothered to acted upon by the concerned officers till today especially by the Nodal Officer for the matter shall be more appericiable, who is also member of the said committee.
People said Commissioner/Secretary Revenue Department, should ask all DCs/Revenue Officers to provide Govt with any authority/order regarding ban on sale/purchase of Gair Mumkin Khad Lands, as there is no such order on ground till today shall prove deriliction of duties & lack of knowledge on their part.
However, harassment to a lady by the Revenue office can be observed from still sleeping on the reccomendation of final award for compensation of her land vide DC Jammu's No. DCJ/LA/F-Award Rest-Ambaran/2021-22/69 dated: 24.04.2021 as despite lapse of 07 months the concerned is running here & there for its out come speaks of work culture in Revenue department?
